Scott leads a rigorous, energetic workout. You will always see him participating in each training class or session as he is not one to teach from the sideline! Scott's sense of humor and passion make his workouts enjoyable, even on the hardest days. He not only pushes you to achieve your goals, but he also instructs on how to do so on your own. I greatly appreciate his investment in my success by welcoming my personal interests and health plans along side his expertise. Scott goes above and beyond to provide a truly great training experience!

I have worked with multiple trainers that deliver a different experience. I look forward to training with Scott. He makes you feel comfortable, but pushes and encourages you. He makes the training session fun, but at the same time, gets you to step outside your comfort zone. I appreciate when he provides modifications when you haven't quite reached a certain level, with the goal to hit that level one day soon. He also gets you involved in your training which makes it fun!

I've been training with Scott for the last 10 weeks. Scott is flexible enough to adjust to injuries but firm enough to be sure I get a proper workout. While I work, Scott takes the time to explain the value of the exercise. Which muscles are being worked, why we work them . . . . Nice to get that added information. He shares my belief that a good workout must end in stretching. Scott freely shares nutrition information. If he'd only cook for me, I'd be good to go!! ;)
