Scott is a great trainer and is always responsive to individual needs. He offers advice on how to address specific concerns - whether they be about diet, exercise, injuries, etc. He is very knowledgeable about health & diet in general and always incorporates tips into his training sessions. He is very creative and energetic during his training sessions, and pays particular attention to form. I always get a great workout with Scott.Mar 16, 2018

Scott is one of my trainers at my gym and I love his workouts. They are very challenging and not dull. When he explains them he is thorough and professional. He is one of my motivators for sure.Mar 11, 2018

Extremely enjoy the variety of his workouts, thrive on his explanation and demonstration for doing exercises properly and enjoy listening to his questions and explanations of the day. I always feel somewhat exhausted, (knowing I had a great workout), but feel terrific and energized after attending his classes. I look forward to attending Scott's classes each week.Feb 21, 2018
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? My pricing is flexible depending on travel, time committment, equipment needed, and nutrition counseling needs. My standard pricing is $70-$80 for 60 minutes, with the first session being a fitness assessment & goals assessment which is free!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? When it comes to a new client there are many things to consider. I like to give a free/discounted fitness assessment before training so I can sit down and talk with them and really get to understand their goals and what they are specifically looking for. Once I get a good feel of what they want and why, we see if I am the best person to be working with them by how I train and how they want to be trained. I believe it is extremely important for the client to believe in how the trainer trains, and that is why I like to give out a, usually, free assessment before they invest in the training!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a B.S in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, with a minor in coaching. I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) as well as a Certified Fitness Nutrition Coach through National Exercise & Sport Trainers Association (NESTA). I have work experience in the Corporate and Private Studio settings. I have one-on-one personal Training, Partner Training, Group Training, and Nutrition coaching experience. I have worked with clients from all age groups within the general population.
