The best workout I have received. It felt very personalized. I appreciated the detailed explanation on what muscles I should be using for every exercise, the proper format, and the continuous motivation. I received excellent tips and tricks to help me continue my workouts at home or alone. The workout itself felt very intense, yet fun. I will definitely come back for another session.

Best trainer I have ever been to. I was so satisfied He made me feel more confident with my self , and also showed me workouts that fits my pace. I Didn't feel intimidated or rushed and he keeps you motivated the entire session very good trainer!! We most definitely keep him in my schedule
