ABOUT ME I pride myself on the results of my 27 current Chicagoland students (adults and children). They’re progress and joy through music is just as valuable as my resume to me. I’m a Boston Conservatory-trained percussionist with 3 advanced degrees in classical music performance. I’ve performed all over the country and in Germany—and was at one point a finalist in an audition for the Milwaukee Symphony. I am also a college-trained intermediate pianist, with extensive knowledge of music theory and sight-reading I am especially good with children. I make it my personal responsibility that students both enjoy themselves, and show signs of good progress. Adding to my experience with children, I have 3 years experience teaching children's swim lessons, and I'm also an assistant teacher in Chicago Public High Schools.
