Adrian helped resolve an issue of water leaking down to my neighbors unit (below me) from my HVAC unit. It took a bit of troubleshooting, but he was able to determine the issue (the condensation drain was clogged with dust and dirt, so water backed up and spilled over the pipe). Adrian provided quality service by fitting time in his busy schedule to look into this issue (he came over after working a seperate difficult outdoor job). During his process of troubleshooting the leak, he managed to help fix other non-related issues that could have became potential problems (i.e. shower head unit pipe behind wall not taped properly/tightly secured). I appreciated him fixing these other issues in addition to resolving the main issue! Highly recommend working with Adrian!
