- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
to be on time until job is completed. To introduce the peoples that will be working with me on completing the project. to keep the customer inform on thew progress of the job and if any problems should a rise to explain to the customer on what needs to be done to resolve the issue.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I don't do any continuing education but I do stay in tune to all the new material that make a job flow easier by staying in touch with my suppliers.
