C2Detail Events - Charlene served as the day off person for our wedding. The package my now husband and I purchased included - active support in vendor management/payments as well as coordination of our expectations from the rehearsal dinner through the church ceremony and reception. John did an excellent job restoring 2 photos for me that had been damaged due to being stuffed in a tight space. He was able to restore the photos to nearly perfect, and I will now be able to re-print the photos to save the memories. John worked very quickly, taking only 2 days to restore the photos. Furthermore, the job was fairly straightforward, so everything could be done through Thumbtack. However, he is willing to meet clients with larger projects and walk them through the process.

Was able to quickly reformat some business documents. My company was using faded copies of a form, filling them out by hand, scanning them in and emailing them. She took 3 forms and put them into a word document where I could type I the information, convert to PDF and email. This cuts down in time and wasted paper. I put them on a shared drive at work and my boss was impressed and my colleagues we all very grateful. She was able to get me the documents the same day - even though there was no deadline - and didn't upcharge me for the expedited services.
