- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typical realestate sales commission is paid by the seller only when the house is sold at the sellers agreed upon price. There are no buyer agent fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For sellers; I know exactly what it takes to prepare a property and create a marketing campaign that ensures maximum exposure, brief market time and strong offers from only the most qualified buyers. I'm both a dedicated buyer and listing agent. Just call me to set for a property visit and I will explain the selling process and help you price and list your property.
