- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each service has a flat rate. Please inquire! Group rates and Individual rates also apply.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I am hired I will consult with the individual either through a Virtual meet, via phone or email to determine their service needs. Depending on the service need I may schedule an additional Virtual meeting to render services included with the initial service fee. The Official booking date, time, duration and pay schedule will be determined at the initial consult meeting. Services offered range from Resume Writing, Interview Training including Mock interview, Workplace Etiquette training, Customer Service training, Speech Writing and On-boarding services. Service hours/availability may vary. Services will be completed within 3-5 days of payment. Career Counseling services can be booked within 72 hours. Workshops or in person events requires a 3 week advanced notice outside of Career counseling.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English and a Business Consultant certificate. I have over 10 years of experience in Customer service. My background consists of extensive experience in Workforce Development, Retail Sales and Marketing.
