i call lincoln land roofing & masonry when ever i need anything done at my business they put on a new flat roof for me 2 years ago and just did all the tuckpointing last summer. the work looks good they always showed up on time and always have the best prices thank you lincoln land roofing & masonry.

Lincoln land roofing & masonry put on a new roof for us with tuckpointing all of our parapet walls & caulked all are windows to have our building waterproofed for the next 15 years. all the work was done in a timely fashion they show up on time make sure to pay attention to every detail answered all my questions working with george and the crew was a all around great experience.

Update: the foundation work seems to have made the water problem worse now. And rather than send the promised guarantee for his work and an invoice marked "Paid", he kept trying to get me to replace our 10-year old roof. I'll update again after we get the updated lender inspection, which will include the chimney work they did. [Original] George and his crew did a great job on our chimney and foundation. He's really good at communication, which is important. We would definitely hire them again.

Hi David don’t mean for the delay on the final invoice we get super busy this time of the year but I do remember Before we left your job that day I was explaining to you that if there’s still water coming in The water is infiltrating from the roof and by The laws of gravity is coming down and leaking into the basement your roof is over 10 years old and has multiple weathered shingles that is the only reason why I kept trying to tell you to get the roof done also before we left You told me that you have water coming in through the front foundation wall another area that you did not want me to address while I was there me and the guys addressed all the areas that were open on that side of the foundation with a polymer modified structural repair concrete mix plus elastomeric all weather application paint was applied which should’ve stopped the leak on that side if there was no other roofing damages and foundation that should’ve been done + the chimney was completely TuckPointed but if there’s anything we can do to resolve this issue give us a call anytime and will be here to help thank you
