So in case it's helpful to others, here are most of the items we had done (since we were looking for this info when starting the work): - painting the whole home, ceilings, and trim - updated most of our bathroom including installing a new vanity + faucet, new toilet new showerhead fixtures, curtain/towel rods, bidets, replaced mirror, replaced vanity light, added a new overhead shower light fixture, added more tiling after vanity cabinets installation - installing new fans throughout the home including in places where there was no fixture - installing a kitchen backplash + updating hardware + new ceiling lights to replace old ones - installing curtain rods throughout - installing new blinds - changing door handles - fixed room door frames and front door frames (fixing rotting wood or misalignment) Farrad is kind and very patient. He and Julio and his team were very willing to correct any mistakes or make things right. And their pricing is extremely reasonable too; huge bang for buck compared to the other estimates we got initially. I highly recommend them!"See more
