The only thing that was a bit confusing was that he mentioned that he wanted to return next week to check his work to see if the applications were working and he told us that we'd have to pay for it again, while we understood that we only pay once a month to spread out our payments all year around. So, it confused my folks when he said that. There should not be any extra payments when you are on a two year contract.Also, the mosquito repellant was to be applied on the same day, we were told, but, that application was told to us would be in another week from the first visit and that was also unexpected. But, the work of the first visit with Greenix Pest Control was impressive!"See more

We paid $560. They were supposed to put boxes on the inside and out. Just left traps on the inside, the owner was very sick but kept making apts then no show. His staff never showed up. no refund offered

I sent a message at 5:39 am and received an call back at 5:52 am. They were out at 9am sharp . Very professional through and knowledgeable about raccoons squirrels etc. Trapped the raccoon and patched up the problems and all potential problems. Thanks Tracy

Eldridge was fantastic! He provided me with a very reasonable estimate. He reached out to me immediately to inspect my roof and set traps. He kept in constant contact, and, most importantly, took care of my squirrel issue. I highly recommend him for rodent removal.

Eldridge called me right away and came out to set the traps, one inside the attic and the other on the roof. He got the crazy squirrel who seemed to be the culprit right away. We were very grateful when Mr. Watkins answered our request on New Year’s Eve about pests in the attic. He came by right away. He said that he could not find the rodents but set a trap. He assured us he would be back in the next few days. After many no shows, he finally came back on 1-9. He still found no critters but did help with sealing a hole. He said he would come back to check he trap in a week or so. It was not until 1-25 that we heard back. He said he would come 1-26. It was 5pm and we still never heard from him. Finally we got a text about coming the next day. He did come, albeit late, and found nothing. That’s not his fault. Then I reached out on 3/6 about still hearing pests and asked him to come and he said he could come 3/9. You guessed it, no call no show. I’m pretty upset.

I had the pleasure of working with this company during a difficult time. I manage a building and was out of town. I had been attempting to manage a rodent problem, myself for two months laying down poison, setting up traps, and trying to repair potential holes with a little luck. These guy came in and did a thorough job diagnosing the problems for the entire building both inside and out. They described the solutions which was a combo of poison and using something like concrete to patch holes. They did a lot of work, gave me a fair price, and made it easy to work with my tenants schedules. It is now two months later and the rodent issue remains resolved. Highly recommend, would work with them again.

I'm super pregnant, and my husband and I had seen a rat in our home. Distressed, we contacted FLC, and even though he couldn't make it out that first night, he offered us whenever we were free the next day. We tried another company in the meantime, but they only came out for 20 minutes and didn't solve the problem. Kevin came at 9pm the next night and was here until after midnight to lay traps, put out rat poison (respecting our wishes to keep it away from the dog), investigate where there rat might have been going while inside, and fill in any gap that might have let it in. He was very knowledgeable and helped to set us up for success keeping rodents out in the future. We hope to never have another pest in our home again, but if we ever do, we're calling FLC!
