As part of our parking service we carry workers' compensation insurance as mandated by law, and a comprehensive insurance program with coverage in excess of Ten Million Dollars, covering public liability, property damage, bodily injury and garagekeepers' legal liability. I had a great experience with them. The original valet I booked for my wedding tried to bait and switch me on the price and I didn’t have much time left to shop around. I came across venue valet through the referral of a friend who has had a contract with the at his restaurant and vouched for them on pricing. The reason I took time to write this review it is because after planning a wedding I’ve really come to appreciate pricing transparency. Apparently that level of professionalism is too much to ask of every vendor in the business. Anyway, the owner was really down to earth and personally took my reservation which was unexpected, but cool. His team showed up looking professional. From what I could tell they were fast and effective getting the cars taken care of and in my few short interactions with the staff they were very polite. If I was getting married again I could save myself a lot of time and money (and stress!) with a fast track to straightforward businesses like this one so I hope this is helpful to some of you!

We hired Martin and Venue Valet for services at our residence for a private party. This was our first experience with Valet services and Martin was VERY responsive and flexible to meet our needs to set up the services. On the day of the event, the team showed up promptly on time and did an excellent professional job in managing the visitors cars for our event. We highly recommend Martin and Venue Valet.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Every location date and time is unique. Please provide an exact address, and let us know if you have access to a parking lot, if not we will reach out to our partners and most likely be able to find something for your business or event.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Once we obtain the proper information we will provide a quote. Upon approval, we will provide a service agreement for reservation and provide you with the best valet service around.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    All of our attendants have years of experience with excellent driving and parking skills. They are trained to be courteous and welcoming, helping guests in and out of vehicles, holding doors open upon arrival and departure, walking guests with umbrellas during rainy days and providing the best experience possible for each and every one of your guests.
