It looked like my refrigerator may have needed replacement part, but Aman said he would see what he could do before we took that route. He was able to repair without needing extra part. There are many that would have taken advantage saying extra part was required without even trying to fix. He completed task in a timely manner and was a pleasure to work with. I will definitely hire again if I'm in need of services."See more

Rolando M. says, "I used Thumbtack application several times over the past few years and so far so good..and I was fortunate to hire a repair technician on the first case basis without wasting a lot of time in picking and choosing . Prior to hiring, I took my time to read /evaluate the reviews with full of great informations.. Ben’s name came up with a reputable and awesome reviews. So without much hesitation, I put my repair request on my Bosh dishwasher that creates a weird loud noise at the start or throughout wash cycles. (Within less than a minute of my request, Ben called me (texted me as well) right away to inquiry on my dishwasher issue and he offered to come up that day and he arrived at my place within an hour. He has a good polite manner and quite knowledgeable since he’s able to resolved and fixed my Dishwasher. After pushing out the entire dishwasher , disassembling , attempted to fix the noise issue in multiples tries that he determined that it will require a motor replacement and needed to be ordered that will take a few days (or possibly weeks ). With the holiday around the corner and my family coming over - there will a lot of dishes to tackle . Luckily in just two days the motor arrived and Ben was able to install it which fixed the noise issue. In addition, he also fixed the leaky hose. He worked quietly with intense focus, communicates well, good customer interaction, mastery of his trade, prompt, and true to his words (reliable). Highly recommended Ben !!"See more

But he knew the solution was a simple fix and gave me a few suggestions to try on my own first. Needless to say I’m elated and you all should connect with Jahsun Property Management if you need anything because they aren’t doing anything for a money grab which is sometimes hard to find these days! 10/10 recommend"See more

Excellent experience with A+ Appliance Repair. I had an issue with a dead oven ignitor on my 14 year old Viking range and sent a request through Thumbtack. I received a quick reply and spoke to Sam about the issue and we were were able to schedule an appointment for that day. While I thought I had the correct replacement part, it turned out that it wasn’t. Sam ordered the right part and came back within days to install it. Sam went above and beyond replacing the ignitor by then helping me with another oven part that I had trouble DIY-ing, as well as made sure that every function of the oven was working properly. He wore a mask at all times as well as shoe protectors, which I appreciated. I would not hesitate to use A+ again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and helpful appliance repair service. Thanks Sam!
