When do you need the motivational speaker?
Introduction: I provide high energy, interactive, and empowering keynote addresses, hands on skill building workshops (when you want to dig deeper into an area than a keynote), and one on one coaching programs which inspire people to cultivate their leadership using personal, strategic, and actionable strategies. My keynotes and workshops are eye opening, interesting, and practical, and my coaching strategic and focused. My goal is to use all my tools to help you, my client, to develop your leadership, become a stronger (and happier) producer, and in turn help develop the leadership of those around you as well. Many of my recent work has centered around my book, Lead Me Out to the Ballgame: Stories and Strategies to Develop Major League Leadership. The book, as well as my presentations based on it, explores the "Ten Bases of Leadership" which were identified from over 100 interviews with Major League Baseball players, managers, and executives. Through the stories and strategies I share with my audience, participants, and clients, I help people in all walks of life to become Major League Leaders. Leadership is fun, it's fun to take hold of your passion and help others to do the same! What do I enjoy about my work? I love seeing the aha moments when I present keynotes, love to help clients develop actionable strategies to improve their organizations, and love to help people in all walks of life to become stronger contributors in all they do. I love to use quotes in my presentations, so I'll share one of mine.. "Realizing your potential, reaching your potential, and helping others to realize and reach theirs as well...that's leadership!" - Howard C. Fero, PhD, The Leadership Doc

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I do have baseline pricing but each client and organization is different.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? When I begin working with a new customer I like to discuss their goals for our project as well as their long term goals for their organization. Whether I am presenting a keynote or 'digging' into issues that the organization is having it is useful for me to see the big picture so that we can create the best course of action and I can weave in the message that you the client are seeking.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I hold a PhD in Organizational Behavior from Claremont Graduate University and an MS in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Baruch College, The City University of New York. In addition to my work as "The Leadership Doc" I am also a Professor of Management and Leadership where I help graduate students to develop their leadership and become stronger with all they do.
