Try honoring your agreements. We made an agreement for a specific hour. One hour late, I called him to find out why. He said he was working at another site and they want him to do more work. So his reaction was to ignore our agreement completely. This after I emptied my entire garage contents on to my lawn with my bad back in preparation for the visit which I explained to him. His response was he could not make it. I had to put everything back into the garage with my hurting back. His word is worth nothing.
