We write off-site after the inspection, away from the distractions of the property, so nothing is rushed or documented with divided attention. · An included 1.5-hour report review. Every client gets a one-on-one session with one of our inspectors. We share our screen, walk the findings, explain what is urgent versus cosmetic, and help you get real repair numbers. We are led by Charlie Bellefontaine, CMI — an InterNACHI Certified Master Inspector and the current president of the Illinois Association of Home Inspectors. Bryan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about our issue and fixed things seamlessly. He arrived early and very eager to assist us. He also explained everything perfectly and walked my family through the process that was used to clear our drain. He also made some sound recommendations for prevention in the future.

I read prior reviews and thought he was a great fit for the job. First and foremost he seen that I was doing renovations and ask what all I wanted done and I told him the priority was to get a functional kitchen. Meaning my stove will work so needed an outlet.he wrote me a quote for 3 outlets, half wall for island,plumbing only for the dishwasher( FYI, he came out and did an estimate and I told him what I wanted so I didn’t pay much attention to what he sent me on the invoice until mid job. Mid job I stopped him and said I thought you was completing outlets near my microwave in stove. Went back and fourth about that. The wall he built if I lean on it,it would move. Not sturdy AT ALL. Even had a guy come out for counter tops and he said the wall wouldn’t hold the granite.The other wall he removed to do the electrical he didn’t remove prior outlet to the outlet that was moved down and left the area open( which he should have put dry wall back)no covering of the outlet. He stated he does everything BY CODE, but said my former plumber didn’t do the plumbing correctly (for my sink) but if he didn’t I would rather you REFUSE the job, or try to fix it instead of tying into the plumbing that isn’t correct as he say. Making it a more bigger job that needs to be fixed. It took 4 days when he originally only told me2-3 days. $400 worth of supplies to install a dishwasher and add 2 electrical outlets, and 1 outlet that was already ran just wanted to lower it. Plus over $2,000 he wanted for labor. SEVERELY OVERPRICED.
