- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
During the regular school year, we process all of our billing on a monthly billing cycle through credit card (we accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express). The majority of our clients receive 60-minute weekly tutoring sessions but we can customize a plan that fits for what you're looking for! During the summer months of June, July and August, we offer families discounted Summer Tutoring Packages in groups of 10-sessions, 20-sessions, or 30-sessions and these can be used for multiple subjects and multiple kids in the same family. The discounted Summer Packages do expire on August 31st and then go back to our regular monthly biling. For ACT/SAT test prep, we offer 3 different test prep packages which include an 18-hour package, a 24-hour package and a 30-hour package. For all three packages we offer a pay-in-full payment or a payment plan.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we like to first have a phone call to go over some basic information and to see exactly what your needs are. We then determine a specific plan for your child and based upon your availability and needs, we reach out to our instructors to find the best match. Here at iAchieve Learning, we truly value communication and want to ensure that you are heard and your needs are met.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As the Owner and founder of iAchieve Learning, I have a Master's degree in Mathematics and taught high-school math from 2006-2016. During that timeframe, I taught subjects ranging from Pre-Algebra through Precalculus and I also specialize in helping students with both ACT and SAT test prep. I have personally worked with thousands of students and families over the past 18 years through both teaching and private tutoring. All of our instructors do have specialties in various areas and you can view their bios and credentials on our website.
