Julie Edstrom is a great fitness trainer! She's no joke and is hardcore. I've only seen her three times (so far) but I lover her style of training. She's preparing me for the police academy and her military experience has really helped in that aspect. I would recommend her to anyone!

I've been working with Vince for a few weeks now and I have to say that I am loving it! He is helping me nurse a previous back injury back to health while still challenging my muscle strength and stimulating muscle growth. He is very personable and attentive. There are certainly personal trainers who only show up, train you, and leave but that is not Vince! He always happily answers my texts and keeps communication open between sessions. Looking forward to seeing my results as the next few months progress and we keep working together.
I am 55 years old and was looking to lose some weight, but more importantly to build strength to meet the challenges I will be facing in the aging process. I had been told that you need to build this strength so that you are more agile and develop bone strength. I met Theresa, my fitness trainer, through my principal. Theresa began to do a small group boot camp with teachers. I was the oldest teacher and within a few weeks I was able to do many of the exercises that the younger teachers were doing. Each week is a new workout, still using some of the same exercises being repeated. My strength is fantastic and I have lost several inches in the 5 months, 2 x a week that I have been meeting with Theresa. She is so knowledgeable with health tips and the correct way to do the exercises that every week we have new questions and she knows the answers. I would recommend Theresa to anyone who is looking to become healthier and stronger. It is an investment in you for your future, no matter how old you are! Joann C.
7 months ago when I started I was out of shape – I had gotten so bored with the typical routines at the gym that I just stopped going. Between that and past leg injury, I could hardly execute many ‘normal’ movements/ exercises. Brad has a wonderful understanding of the human body and was able to pinpoint exactly why and where I was getting held up. He worked with me to provide additional stretches and exercises to improve my mobility. Now it’s pretty incredible how far I’ve come. I am constantly blown away at what I’m able to do and how my body is continually transforming. I see the same progress in others too. The atmosphere is wonderful! I honestly have a great time every time I go to train. I haven’t met anyone I didn’t like at Stone Strength. I am constantly meeting new people from all backgrounds and age groups. One of the best things is the team atmosphere. I grew up an athlete, always part of a team. After college it was a pretty odd feeling no longer being part of a team or competing. I really missed that. At Stone Strength I finally have that back! I highly recommend anyone and everyone to Stone Strength. No one is too old, young or broken. Brad us by far one of the best trainers I have ever had the pleasure to work with (and I have worked with my fair share of personal trainers, sports therapy rehab specialists, etc.). His expertise, great personality and positive attitude will not disappoint!
Running was not just a way to keep active for me, it was my community and a source of happiness. When I started to train with Adam, that had come to an end due to a variety of injuries. I didn’t believe that a trainer would really be able to help much… I was wrong! What I particularly liked about Adam was that he looked at me as a whole person, took the time to understand my unique needs and goals then put a plan together to get me back on the road running. He focused on building the functional strength I needed to improve posture and support areas prone to injury. In addition to our focused training sessions, he checked in on me to ensure I was keeping motivated. Adam got me back on the road running more quickly than I thought possible. In fact, at my next half marathon I set a personal best record! I have experienced what he has done for me and watched other clients of his succeed in their personal goals. I highly recommend Adam.
Blake is great. I have worked with trainers for years, but he was the only one to identify small issues of posture that were adversely affecting my balance and strength. He kept careful notes of progress and what needed further work. I miss working with him very much. He also happens to be a good guy and very involved in community charities.
I've been a client since March 2015. My sons wedding was quickly approaching and realized I needed help getting in shape (fast). Through Summer support, both mentally and physically, I got in the best shape of my life...even at age 45!!! I've never felt more confident, stronger, and sharper mentally than I have in the recent months. Like most people, I've worked out in group settings like crowded/stinky gyms, boot camps, Zumba classes and CrossFit. I was grouped with others and didn't get the results I was looking for and eventually looked for reasons not to go. Kyle is a great trainer !! You tell him what you want to work on, and set them goals and he helps you get there !! He knows what he is doing that's foresure !! I promise you if you train with Kyle you will not be disappointed!! He will give you that push you need and has helped motivate me, and get my body back after 2 kids!! He is the best!! I have been training over a year w/him and would never have another person train me !!
I am a a naturally energetic person who needed a little push to reach my goals. I reluctantly signed up to work out with Kim because my husband was also working out and I wanted to get him off my back. I thought I would do a few and tap out. That was in August! It is now March and I am loving the results. She is enthusiastic, professional, and every workout is different. I am seeing progress and not only is it showing physically in my body but she has made me more aware of my nutrition and it goes beyond her workout to a lifestyle change. Well at first when I was going to start I was intimidated and nervous cause this was my first trainer. Based on ruzens credentials I could tell she was highly qualified and physically fit. But after the first week I was so impressed and sore. The work outs were so intense but i pulled through some how. I think it's because she was so motivating, but not in an annoying way. She knew I could do it and kept pushing me to be my very best. There was always a new work out in a new and invigorating way. She truly inspired my healthy lifestyle to this day. Had she not relocated, I would still be with her. Highly knowledgeable and we'll trained are my memorable thoughts and completely encouraging.
Matt Weiss is experienced and his training works. He helped me go from 18% body fat to 7% body fat in less than a year. He gave me all the necessary tools to achieve my dream physique. He is an outstanding trainer and I recommended him to anyone who is looking to improve themselves.

Amy knows her stuff. I've never had a personal trainer invest so much in form and injury prevention. She is extremely motivating during workouts and pushes you to limits you never thought possible.

Garmenn is fantastic! Being a mom with a full time job I rarely get time to myself. I started training with Garmenn with no goal besides getting some "me" time in. Having trained with trainers before I was nervous, for I was often pushed to just max out and lift heavy weights only. Or, even worst, constantly pestered with eating right when I wasn't even looking to lose weight. Garmenn was different, he listened to what I wanted and what I liked to do in the gym. He completely changed my body! It never gets boring, he always switches up the training from HIIT to lifting heavy weights, and even asks if I have any special requests. All I have ever wanted was to feel great, be healthy and gain some confidence along the way. I've always been a big runner and working with Garmenn has even helped me shave over a minute off my mile time! My best advise to anyone thinking about training would be to stop thinking about it, pick up the phone and schedule your first session today! What do you have to lose?! And you will make a friend along the way!
I have been using Ty as a trainer for about six years. I saw an ad following my breast cancer surgery and was starting radiation. I knew I needed to get healthier through all of this. He came to my house which made all the difference. Gyms didn't work as I wouldn't follow through. Ty ringing my doorbell worked. I am sure he has added years to my life. I still don't like to exercise but I do it thanks to Ty.
They bring the equipment and the expertise to you, what a great concept! I wasn’t sure what to expect but what a great workout, I'm still feeling it after a few days. Professional, courteous and very convenient for my busy schedule. They were on-time, setup everything, got an hour workout in and then the trainer was gone on to his next client, no wasting time just a good solid workout that is long overdue. Can’t believe I’m saying this but looking forward to my next session, I know I’ll be sore but it means I’m moving again.
