Excellent yoga class and Amy is an outstanding instructor! She is very knowledgeable and gives detailed instructions on how to do the exercises correctly and safely with suggested modifications for each person based on their abilities. I can't imagine taking a yoga class anywhere else!

Jennifer is an excellent yoga instructor. Her classes are relaxing but also fun and energizing. Her instruction is clear and thoughtful and she gives alignment cues that allow you to move safely into each pose. She does a great job modifying and walking the students through the poses with "bus stops" so that everyone from beginners through advanced practitioners are challenged. Her sense of humor will keep you smiling and motivated.
1 on 1 Fitness conducted a yoga class once weekly at our facility from April to August in 2016. The class was well-received by the participants. We received many compliments on the contents of the class and the yoga instructor, Andrew Francis. He brings a lot of energy, motivation and professionalism to his fitness classes. Alexis was very intuitive and had great flow that seemed to go at the class' pace. I enjoyed the fact that she took the effort and time to correct those in her class that may have not been in proper form during a pose; she has a friendly and professional demeanor!
