Introduction: Most people enjoy how we interact with the children that we are painting. Singing to set a little one at ease, gently painting their face, showing little ones how a soft brush feels before we start, and taking the time to explain what we are doing while we are working. We use quality products designed for the face and body and like to add detail. We try to quote the actual amount of time that we need so we don't have to rush to finish!
I love working with children and creating events that will be remembered...the best birthday party ever! I love seeing the children grow up, since so many of our birthday and corporate clients have us back year after year! We love seeing the smile on the child's face as we hand them their balloon or show them their face in the mirror! And the giggles from our silly clown magic show are just precious...

Suzanne provided balloon-twisting entertainment during cocktail hour at our wedding. She was a clear communicator in advance of the event (returning emails and phone calls right away using professional language and demeanor) and was prompt and prepared the day of the event. Not only were her balloon sculptures delightful (prompting one of our guests to tell me we had the "Best. wedding. for kids. ever."), but her entertaining interactions with the kids at our wedding were a key part of the package. With Suzanne you get more than an artist-- you get an entertainer and a reliable businesswoman who understands that her work goes beyond balloons. Will for sure use Suzanne again!

I used A Couple of Clowns (ACoC) for my charity event in 2013. I was so pleased that I have engaged them again this June 2014. They are prompt, positive, patient and talented. My event was the Roselle Run for the Roses and I have been the race director for 20 years. Last year we had more than 1000 people present and almost 200 children. The kids and their parents loved the face painting and the balloon twisting. The mixture was children who were toddlers all the way to adults in their 80's and everything in between. I whole-heartedly recommend ACoC for any event that is family or simply fun oriented.

Suzi was amazing!
She was the hightlight of the party!
Both my boys were so happy.
My oldest loves to get his face painted and my youngest was so hapoy with all the balloons.
The magic show topped off the event.
I can't wait to have her come out to my next event!

A Couple of Clowns was a great addition to our March for Babies events! Everyone loved the face painting and balloon animals! We would recommend them to ANYONE!

The experience we had with A couple of Clowns was AMAZING! Suzie showed up and immediately the kids flocked to her. Her face painting was MAGNIFICENT! We had at lease 10 kids from ages 2-11, she grabbed their attention, they participated, she did magic tricks, etc. It was sooo much fun, even the adults enjoyed it. I don't know who enjoyed it more, the adults or the children. I recommend A COUPLE OF CLOWNS any day!
P.S. I was a bit concerned because I have a grand daughter who is very picky & shy, not a people person, not very easy to please or have her participate, even to get her to laugh. she had a BLAST! Suzie certainly have a way with kids & entertaining them and getting them out of their shell. THANKS Suzie/A couple of clowns for making our children's birthday party FUN! FUN! FUN!
