Over the past 20 years I've renovated bathrooms and kitchens, and provided general handyman services. I can provide custom carpentry, tile and flooring installation and repair, furniture assembly, and picture hanging. I am happy to install TV wall mounts, and window treatments (curtains and blinds). I also have experience with installation of custom interior design components, cabinet and vanity installations, and much more. I am clean, safe, considerate, and always conscious of your needs. Jordan was able to accommodate me with short notice for a smaller job that most contractors would not want. His communications weee timely and often, he arrived on schedule, completed the work quickly & professionally. (He is not always available on Thumbtack so if you can grab him - do it! ) Very reasonable rates, too - and a nice guy. Very professional

Jordan is professional, highly skilled handyman. He knew exactly how to approach hanging TVs, a heavy mirror and my daughters curtain rods in a building with metal studs. I was very glad to have Jordan install my closet organization and hang some wall art. My bedroom went from a disaster area to an organized dream! I have more things to attend to in my place and will rehire him. He was kind, punctual, clean, and quick without cutting corners. Jordan did a great job! He mounted our 75 inch TV, installed a hand rail for our stairs, and put in a new glass window door for our office all in a days work. He was on time and delivered as promised. Would highly recommend for any future projects!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our minimum charge is $95 and it covers up to 1 hour. After that, we pro rate at $23.75 for every 15 minutes. If your job is a small one, we recommend that you find other small fixes that we can help with for you to fully utilize our time.
Materials and parking are charged at cost.
A 3% surcharge will be added to payments by Credit Card.
Estimates are free. Discounts are available for larger projects.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1.) Initial consult done virtually.
2.) Estimate through email.
3.) On-site meeting (if necessary) for measurements, materials needed, etc.
4.) Contract finalization of scope of work, material costs, labor costs, and timeline.
5.) Schedule date(s) and time(s) for work.
6.) 25% retainer deposited prior to material pick-up.
7.) Work completed on site.
8.) Remainder of contracted fee deposited immediately upon work completion.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working first hand installing, repairing, and updating finishes for more than 10 years. I am familiar with the processes necessary to safely complete many home projects.
