- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will ask for a deposit to book a project. If it’s a recording session and you feel you need to postpone or cancel, please notify me as soon as possible to allow the studio to recover and be in a position to take on another booking. Failure to give fair warning for postponing or cancellations will result in un-refundable deposits.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically like to get on a call to discuss the project and get a better sense of what they're going for. I did create a checklist for this kind of conversation and can be downloaded on my site's homepage, under "Request a quote" button.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a self-taught musician for several years before going to music school for jazz drums and percussion. I later finished a degree in Audio and Digital Production from Columbia College Chicago.
