I was recently discharged from the hospital and sub acute care after 30 days and will no longer be able to do certain things on my own. (Even prior to this past emergency, my illness had prevented me from doing much of anything around my home and it was disgusting). I needed someone to clean my home from baseboards to ceiling, clean the refrigerator, and my windows. I accepted Mallory to hire and she was the best find out there.I live in a 2 bedroom townhome on the third floor with no elevator. She brought her vacuum and own cleaning supplies all the way up here. She greeted me with a friendly smile and handshake and had this presence, that I just knew felt right. She was very sweet and kind and made me feel trustworthy instantly.She "Spring" cleaned for me each room thoroughly, even scrubbing the base boards. She did the interior windows and balcony sliding door (my association does exterior and she couldn't get up there alone safely). She was willing to move an oriental carpet on my hardwood to clean under and even move some smaller furniture to clean under. Overall, she spent about 5 hours for a deep clean. She also got my mail for me and asked if I needed laundry started. I plan to hire her weekly moving forward.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I wanted to be with my children after a full-time 10 year career in education, but obviously needed to work enough to provide (and I'm too busy a bee, to sit around--I love to keep busy!). My love for animals is as strong as my love for my children so I found an avenue that allowed me to be with my kids, animals, help other busy people and make a living. I love making someone's day because in return I'm happy, so my family is happy too!
