Greg was very thorough in explaining my issues with my laptops & printer. Not to mention, prompt! He also is very reasonable with his pricing, and honest concerning what could be fixed & what wouldn't be worth the money to put in to it. I highly recommend him!Feb 5, 2015Verified

- How did you get started doing this type of work?I used to be an electrician and always disliked the 'white hats' telling me my job when I knew they had no idea what they were talking about. One day my wife said "do something about it or shut up about it", so I went back to school and became a network engineer and have been a happier individual because of it.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?Always check around and compare prices, check references, and don't let family members work on your issues. Many times people think their 16 year old daughter or nephew can fix computers just because they are good at working on the programs that are ON them.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project? Most people assume that if you can fix computers, you can also write code, develop programs, etc. Each variation of Information Technology are like doctors. Some are brain surgeons, some are cancer specialists, some are general practitioners, and therefore think that IT folks are all the same. We are not. Would you ask a general practitioner to perform brain surgery? Of course not.
