We were so pleased with Xclusive Touch Cleaning Service. They were responsive, scheduled us really quickly, and made the whole process really easy. Quick to answer my questions about doing a move out clean on a 4 bedroom 2 bath house. Cleaned dirt, dust and spiderwebs . A LOT of spiderwebs in the basement and the garage. I would recommend their services.

Chris and his team did an excellent job in cleaning our new home! They worked on our house for over 6 hours cleaning every nook and cranny! At first I thought his bid was a bit much, but after seeing how hard they all worked, it was worth it! We’d definitely hire them again!

Chris and his team with Lashonda and Pam were exceptional! Xclusive Touch Cleaning went above and beyond for cleaning our house on Scott Air Force Base preparing it for the final house inspection. We were assessed zero charges due to the level of detail Chris and team had for cleaning every square inch of our 2000 square foot house! They literally cleaned from the ceiling to the baseboards, removed dust from all cabinets, deep cleaned carpets, made the kitchen sparkle, cleaned all vents, windows were spotless, and even sweeping the outside right before they left. The housing inspector in all her years of doing final move out inspections commented this was one of the best houses she has ever seen. We would refer and recommend Chris and his company to anyone that needs assistance for house cleaning. Thank you all again.

**All price quotes are subject to be changed with added requests during time of service. ALL PAYMENT PROCESSING FEES ARE NON NEGOTIABLE .
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
****All service request will have to be decided after walk through of premises. ***We do require a non Refundable Booking fee of $35.00 before the walk through. (This Booking fee will be applied to overall cost of the job if our services are retained.) **We retain the right to deny any service request for any reason we deem to pose any form of safety hazards to our employees.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a former Distributor of Hyla products which we use in the homes. Our cleaning system uses water to purify the air as we clean and prevent the spread of dust throughout the house. I have over 10 years of management experience in door to door sales of those same home cleaning systems.
