- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing varies for every job. If a room is empty it costs less than a room full of furniture.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up a meeting to do the free estimate. Then I will typically email the estimate to the customer. If the customer has any questions about our services or the work process I will answer the questions. Then a deposit is required for us to reserve a date to do the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 30,000 hours of painting experience.
