Nancy has made my life so much better. I was very intimidated to begin working with a trainer but she was kind and encouraging from the very beginning. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I always meet to discuss goals, and assess where their fitness level is right now . We then begin our training at that level and then make a plan from there to accomplish their goals .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have been in fitness over 18 years . I teach/ train at Good Samaritan Health and Wellness Center and Wheaton Sports Center. I am certified with the National Academy of Sports Medicine, Women's Fitness and Nutrition Specialist, TRX suspension training , AFAA and Spin.
