- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are no such thing as a $1, $10, $30 service call; these are bait and switch tactics. Ask what a companies setvice call price is, what's included, are there additional labor charges, taxes, ect. if something sounds too good to be true, it is.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
the typical process involves taking down a customer's name, phone number, address, and a description of the issues they are facing. Once jobs are done, all paperwork is filed away in our office and kept track of should future visits and necessities arise.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Training seminars, super-tech days, online training for Liftmaster and Genie, training manuals, and manuals relating to the servicing and maintenance of garage doors, openers, and related components
