We initially went with D'los construction. They did a terrible job. I had to stop them midway through the project. We hired bruce edwards from d'los to do this project: they installed only half of the drywall, extremely poorly, multiple items were stepped on and broken with no sorry or talk of replacement, and everything was just a nightmare. We requested our down payment back because the work was not done and we had to buy all new materials, yet Bruce is not returning any calls or messages. I have still yet to receive my reimbursement for the labor i paid for. Bruce has pretty much taken our money and run. So the title company saved us and tore out all of the poorly done work. Reyna was extremely helpful and very understanding of our situation. They gave us the same price they did originally. And they did the work in a timely manner. The reason i gave them four stars instead of five was because there were some finishing touches I would have liked to have seen done better. For example, around the light switches and the sockets the drywall was cut a little too large so we had to opt for the larger socket covers. Not a big deal but I'm just being a little nitpicky. Overall I would definitely hire them to do more work for me in the future. I am very satisfied with the tile and remodel company. I recommend you give them a try. Simon, who worked every day on this project, was amazing. Do not go with d'los unless you want to waste your time and your money. Trust me. D'los also goes by the company name of "extreme construction". Be wary.
