I started working one on one with Patrick 3 months ago and I couldn't be happier with my decision! I had previously taken his group fitness classes and always gotten a lot of out them. Working with him one on one has taken it to a new level. He motivates me to do things I would never do on my own. I train with Patrick 3 times a week and every workout is different, challenging, and makes me feel good about myself. I never thought I would look forward to "getting my butt kicked" :) Patrick is also a great nutrition coach. He laid out a plan for me and holds me accountable...just what I needed. We always talk about my progress and ways to improve. Investing in a personal trainer was one of the best investments I ever made. Patrick is highly motivating, personable, knowledgeable, and always brings a positive, fun attitude. I would highly recommend him.

Tiffany was a great choice for me in terms of a nutritionist! I have been having some stomach issues and Tiffany designed an entire meal plan for me. Day by day, week by week, she designed the plan to help my specific gut issues to begin its healing process! She was also right there for me whenever I had a question! After about 4 weeks I've seen a tremendous positive change in my gut health! Along with the meal plan she also created for me a work out plan! That was also designed specifically for me and my abilities! I could not be more happy with how far I've come thanks to Tiffany!

Coach Vega is excellent. He is very knowledgeable about the gamę and he makes sure his students have fun while learning about the best way to play baseball. My son always looks forward to his training sessions. Coach Vega stresses the fundamentals and provides expert instruction in pitching, fielding and hitting. He is a great listener, and caters his sessions to our son's needs and interests. He is not only an expert in baseball, but he knows to connect on a personal level. He is a true teacher. Our son has made great improvements as a ball player after working with Coach Vega, and he has enjoyed the gamę more as a result of his working with him.

There is no finer trainer in my opinion, than Chavez. His experience as a professional boxer and overall athete has gifted clients like me with his passion for fitness. I never formally exercised until my daughter purchased a training package for 6 weeks to help me de-stress and bring my blood pressure down. My experience with Lymphatic Drainage and Healing Touch performed by Dr. Sylvia Hood Washington I believe had a positive effect on reducing inflammation in my body. The few days after therapy I noticed less aches and pain in my muscles & joints. I hold a lot of stress related tension in my muscles, so it was great to have some relief. During the therapy Dr. Sylvia kept me informed with what she was doing and why she was doing it. I liked how she integrated different modalities along with the lymphatic draining. She incorporated some yoga stretching and breathing as well as healing touch techniques. On top of relieving some of my inflammatory muscle and joint pain, Dr.Sylvia found an inflamed lymph node under my arm. It was likely inflamed because I was feeling on the verge of a virus. Nearly 2 years ago, I decided to start an exercise regime. I had no clue where to begin. I started training with Sandy, focusing on a regime that I could replicate at home or while traveling with limited gym equipment. My experience with Sandy has been terrific. Sandy is a true professional with lots of passion. There was no judgment on my gym knowledge or performance, just lots of patience and coaching. She coaches proper form and good discipline.
