I purchased my first property in July and thus did not know what all to expect from a realtor, but I do know this, Rishawn went ABOVE and BEYOND. First and foremost he knows how to package an offer. Its a sellers market in Chicago and the inventory is low for multi-unit buildings in specific neighborhoods. Rishawn amazed me with how he bundled my offers to make them attractive to buyers and have them move quickly on the offer.Rishawn always put his clients needs first and is always working behind the scenes. I purchased through a special buying program that wasnt the most organized. Yet Rishawn was on top of everything, keeping things straight, people accountable and moving things along. My underwriting took longer than normal and I had to ask for a few extensions. I was terribly nervous that I would lose my dream home, however because Rishawn cultivated such a trusting relationship with the sellers realtor an extension was granted everytime. In Rishawn D. Boone, I had a realtor that was smart, responsive, personable and a problem solver. I would HIGHLY recommend any of my friends and family to utilize his services. I know he will be my realtor of the future.

I was fortunate enough to have Mr. Boone as my realtor for my rental property. I was extremely pleased with his attention to detail and the personal care he put into my listing. Not only was he present and available for showings, Mr. Boone also met with the village inspectors on several occasions to assure compliance. Mr. Boone communicated all the necessary details to ensure I would pass inspection and answered all my questions in a timely manner. My house was rented in less than a month and I received my asking rent price. I will definitely use him in the future for my rental and home purchase or selling needs.
