Not happy with this company. Poor communication with the customer to start with. Getting them to commit to a time to do the work was not even an option. They just tell you that they will be out there 7-10 days after you sign the contract. They don't even tell you that until after you have bugged them several times about scheduling!
Then they came out and did an awful job on my front door trim and it looked worse afterwards then it did before they came out. I finally got someone to come out and fix it and it looks better now. However, they offer nothing in compensation for the frustration and additional time it took for me to get them to fix their sloppy work!
Very disappointing.
They should have communication between the workers, the office and the customer that actually communicates what is going on. It would also be very beneficial to most customers to actually schedule a date and time for the work even if they don't need anyone to be home when they are there. It is very frustrating to be left hanging and not knowing when some is going to be there. Especially if you have a timeline to get the work done. And while he did apologize for the sloppy work that the first guy did, there was nothing further offered to fix how frustrated we were with their services. This does not make a person want to use their services ever again.
