They stopped responding before we could do any work. Initial communication and estimate was good. After that they stopped responding. I tried emailing and messaging them again because I really wanted them to start but no response. That’s an example of terrible customer service in my opinion. If you want to turn down a project that’s fine I can understand if you inform me but not being responsive is childish just saying.
