As the project evolved, I ended up making changes on my end, not because the roofer changed anything. Throughout that process, he was very fair and professional. He offered me multiple opportunities to cancel the job and receive a full refund of my deposit, and he ultimately did refund the deposit in full. That really showed integrity and a customer-first approach.
Even though the project ultimately did not move forward with him, I was very impressed by his professionalism, flexibility, and the quality of his communication throughout the process. I would absolutely consider working with him in the future and would recommend him to others looking for a roofing contractor.
