- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies depending upon several factors, materials, location accessibility and time to complete the job. A request of additional work outside of the contracted job will require an additional fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After being contacted by a client and gathering information about the job being requested. A date and time to meet to look over the location, get measurements and have a more in-depth discussion of what's being requested and agreed upon would take place. An estimate would then be drawn up and provided. If the client agrees, a contract will then be drawn up, including information of the project to be completed, cost and timeframe.
