I worked out with Laura Conter for 6+ years until unfortunately I had to move away. You will not find a better trainer than Laura. She cares about all aspects of training, ability, stance in stretching to avoid soreness at the end of your session. If you’re looking for an excellent trainer Laura is your lady. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?please contact for pricing. The longer I travel the more I charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I do an assessment on their fitness level. I may need to speak to their doctor. I find out what is needed. Do you need help with eating healthfully or cooking? I establish a plan and set goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a certified A.C.E. personal trainer. I have been certified by other organizations but I find that ACE is respected in my field. It is a non for profit certification so all moneys go for study and improvement of fitness. I am constantly taking courses that can be helpful to my clients. In the past 20 years I have taken over 400 hours of continual education.
