Sent text today responded in last then ten minutes. Was able to make appointment the same day . Tech came out explained and showed me what was wrong. The repair didn’t take too long. Very satisfied with the repair. The technician was very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. Will be calling them back and will be referring them to family and friend. Their advertisement states they will waive the $75 service fee if hired and the pro will confirm the final price after they determine the project scope on site, neither was done in my case. When the job was done and price given I asked about the deduction of the service fee and I never got a straight answer just something about him having to travel so far to get the part as the reason they’d charged so much! I have never worked with such a rude and unprofessional company in my life. The guy at this company outright called me a lie. I have included pictures to shows the part that was broken but he got a different part and charged me $130 which could actually be purchased for $87 or at most $107. He says he charged me $160 when I actually I paid $290, this is a terrible company, and I will never hire them again

I am updating my recent review as Bek was able to respond to my concern and the communication issue he and his team were experiencing. Bek came out the next day after sending one of his associates over quickly to survey the issue. He spent time on our dryer, cleaning it and running it to ensure its functionality. He performed quality job, inspected it and explained what was going on. Bek did a great job and I’d hire him again.
