This is my second time using Funtimes Rental and Im very pleased. They are quick to respond, reasonably priced, and communicates frequently (which is important to me when youre expecting a delivery or pickup). They also have a variety of things available for rent for any type of event. I highly recommend them and will use them for future events.

We rented the champagne fountain for a wedding shower and it was super easy to communicate with Funtime Services. The fountain was pretty and in great working order. I would definitely rent from them again and recommend them to my friends and family!

They were very accommodating!I came in with a very odd request, I wanted individual balloon animals for a trip with a very special person and they came through! She loved them I loved them we got a kitty a bouquet of flowers and a turtle, they are all loved and AHHH SO CUTE THANK YOU

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Nothing is complicated but the more you order from us the more you save! We package up our items to make sure you are getting a good deal as well as the convenience of planning for as any things as possible with one call.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We regularly attend conventions and training seminars for tents and rentals as well as decor.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Our most common request are usually a bounce, tables an chairs or a tent with chairs and tables and a bounce. Many times a client will add in a character or a balloonist/ facce painter for some fun. It just depends on the age of the client we are planning for what the most requested item is. for anniversaries it's nice linens and decor - for birthdays it's anything that matches their theme - for graduations it's tents, drink machines and the BIG inflatable interactives. So many choices and so many fun things to do - we try not to be common!
