Charged $1300 ($1100 + $200 tip because workers were working late) for okaish cleaning. Do not recommend them for move in cleaning, they do very okaish job and use chemicals which smell really bad especially in bathrooms. Called and complained no one came back to fix the issue. Had to call someone else to clean again.

I was moving out of a rental townhome and needed move-out cleaning. I’m really happy with Sparkmaids’ service! What I was most impressed about was that the fridge was especially dirty with a lot of dried up black liquid (coke? soy sauce?), and they cleaned the fridge spotless! I would definitely hire them again.
