- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We’re a two-person team consisting of Yurii, our skilled handyman, and an assistant. Our team rate is $90per hour, with a $100 minimum service charge per visit. Some projects are quoted at a flat rate depending on the scope and complexity of the work. We offer fair and transparent pricing with no hidden or additional fees. All pricing is discussed and approved before work begins, either from photos or after an on-site assessment. If additional materials are needed, we’ll discuss the cost with you in advance before purchasing them.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We discuss the project, review photos if available, answer any questions, provide an estimate, and schedule the installation. We complete every job carefully, make sure everything is level and secure, and clean up before we leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have hands-on experience with TV mounting, furniture assembly, picture and mirror hanging, curtain rod installation, lighting, door hardware, smart home devices, shelving, and many other handyman services. We use professional tools, including a laser level, to ensure every installation is accurate, secure, and professionally finished.
