My report is written within INTERNACHI (international Association of Certified Home Inspectors) guidelines provides disclosure of visible defects and/or conditions that will affect the function of a home. In depth knowledge and experience in purchasing multiple properties and renovations will help me in regards to your property. After exposing deficiencies in your home, I will explain each item, the causes and implications, options to fix them and give you several leads to fix each item if you'd like them.
