- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based off of each job. All projects are quoted at an hourly rate that would agreed upon by customer and The Organizer before the project is started.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we will ask to meet directly with the customer or have a conference call. We will be sure to understand the full scope of the project and what the customer is looking for. We have a range of hourly rates based off the amount of work for each particular job so when the job is fully understood and discussed a professional quote will be given to the customer. At that time if the customer wishes to proceed we will schedule a time for the project to be completed and get to work!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Interior Design from The Interior Design Institute and have been doing designing/organizing/staging work for the past 4 years for my own business as well as others in the area. Our work has ranged from homes to small businesses.
