Chef Kim was phenomenal! Not only was she very professional, sincere and fun to work with, the food was absolutely delicious. She is a top notch chef and a great teacher. We now have some traditional Thai recipes in our wheelhouse that are show stoppers.She came to our home with all the ingredients and the presentation was stunning. The icing on the cake was the cute menus she created for our class and the recipes she provided to us. She is truly a master at her craft and she will help you cook like you are one too. This cooking class was a birthday surprise for my husband and we had such a great time with friends that we will definitely work with Chef Kim again.

I had the most amazing experience with Kim, who came to my home and cooked Thai green curry for me — and wow, it was absolutely authentic and delicious. Every bite tasted like it came straight from Thailand. If you’ve never been to Thailand but want to experience real, traditional Thai food here in the States, you’ve got to try her cooking. It’s the real deal. Beyond the food, Kim is incredibly professional. She was organized, respectful of my space, and clearly takes pride in her work. What really stood out was her deep knowledge of Thai cuisine — she didn’t just cook, she also teaches. She explained ingredients, techniques, and flavors in a way that made the experience even more special and interactive. This wasn’t just a meal, it felt like a true cultural experience. Highly recommend!
