I really like Linda. We ended up needing something different than a life coach: an in-person marital therapist because we ended up having a trial separation. But I would definitely recommend Linda for couples or individuals.
Myself and some of my ( immediate and extended) family have worked with several Juniper center therapists over the past 18 years. We have participated in individual and couples therapy, and some adjunctive limited group sessions. We have received wonderful, very professional, genuine and heartfelt care in all instances. I have been in the health care profession for 30 years in various capacities, including working as a health care advocate, and I know what good care looks like. My family continues to trust the care the Juniper team provides, and they are my first choice when I know someone seeking for a referral for psychotherapy.
Enjoyed the session very empowering it helped me very much I would recommend other couples to join
My partner and I had never been to any kind of counseling or therapy, but wanted to have a positive pre-martial counseling experience. Giulia has been a real gem. We're so happy with her professional yet personal demeanor and how comfortable we feel in sessions with her.
We chose Rev. Darrell to marry us. Need I say more? We are forever grateful that he was there to help us have a beautiful, personalized, special ceremony, thankful for his beautiful words and creativity, for the time and care he took to make it about us. We also attended a couples counseling session with Rev. Jones prior to the wedding that was very helpfu and eye-openingl, and purchased one for after the wedding. We adore this man.
I think Kate is an exceptional therapist. She has a beautiful combination of warmth and empathy along with being exceptionally smart, nuanced and creative. She has been in the world in so many ways, all of which contribute to her unique ability to connect with anyone! She’s passionate about her work and committed to helping her clients achieve their therapy goals.
Tom Goforth is an amazing person! He was my husband's therapist for over 30 years and he also was our couples' therapist. The trust in and gratitude we have for Tom led my husband, Jeff, and I to ask him if he would be the officiant at our wedding in August of 2000. He graciously obliged. Years later, in 2008, our son, Ethan, was born. We named him Ethan "Thomas" after Tom Goforth. Tom has done so much for Jeff and for us as a couple. We are indebted. Thank you, Tom! We love you!
Before coming to Anita, we were very desperate and we both really felt as if our marriage was coming to end. Anita was able to help us through marriage counseling, communicating and negotiating our differences. At times, my wife and I obviously expressed our differences during our appointments, however, Anita was able to make sure our conversation were productive and that we really understood where the other was coming from. After our appointments with Anita, I can really say our marriage has started to move in the right direction.
Demetrios has been treating me for about 6 months for trigeminal neuralgia as well as stress, sleep and asthma issues. He has helped me tremendously with my pain and stress management in the time he has spent treating me. In each session he listens carefully to my symptoms, includes me in the discussion on how best to treat, and is very patient and thorough in his explanations of his treatment plan which includes acupuncture and sometimes alternative therapy such as gua sha and qigong meditation. While Demetrios is very professional, it is obvious he truly cares about the individual patient. He has followed up with me after treatments, passed along helpful articles about health and nutrition, and along the way he has become a sort of personal cheerleader for me and my health! I have seen a big difference in the way I respond to and manage stress and pain in my life since working with Demetrios, through his knowledgeable and capable practice of acupuncture, his calm guidance in mediation, and his genuine kindness and positive moral support. He has been flexible and able to work with me in scheduling appointments to fit my needs. I will definitely continue to seek treatment from Demetrios on any health issues that come my way in the future.
Very flexible in scheduling sessions, great listener, very intuitive and dispenses sound advice.
I am not someone who enjoys therapy; I typically feel I am there out of desperation. But Dr. Holec keeps me coming back every week. She maintains the exact balance of compassionate and tough that I need, and she demonstrates her skill, expertise and intelligence in every session. I highly recommend her practice.

As a Millennial woman myself and owner of Changing Course Therapy, LLC, I understand the many challenges Millennials face on a daily basis. Through individual therapy, I serve women who want to live a more vibrant life, whether that means managing stress, talking about personal relationships, exploring career satisfaction, or addressing the many challenges of parenthood.
I help families, couples and individuals to understand the underlying, root causes of their hardships, with the aim to strengthen healthy patterns, while minimizing unhealthy ones. On the way, I help people to learn to handle more effectively their struggles and the discomfiting realities that aggravate their lives - realities that stir up the feelings of depression, anxiety, turmoil and anger that first brought them to look for counseling. Sometimes, our lives have disturbing external realities that can be altered, but too often, external changes are impossible. When this is the case, then, I assist clients to learn ways to develop the inner strengths which will help them search for effective ways to live in and cope with constructive harmony with these realities. Every person who walks into my office is unique. Each views the world from the specific vantage point of the values, needs, style and beliefs that upbringing and nature have encouraged her or him to develop. In honoring such, I respectfully relate to each client's individuality, whether as a family, couple or individual. In working with families and couples, I aim to discover, constructively resolve and help understand the underlying issues which lie behind the negative patterns and resulting hurts which have created the unhappiness that prodded them to seek help through counseling.

I utilize an integrative style - applying a variety of approaches to best meet the needs of each client/couple and their concerns. It is my belief that the counseling process is one in which all parties are actively involved. I recognize the need for flexibility and creativity to address the mind and body. My approach focuses identifying physical cues, recognizing thoughts, considering consequences, implementing solutions, choosing behaviors, and promoting expression.
I provide individual, family, couples, and group psychotherapy. Although I have worked with many clients with varying issues, my specialties include issues of loss and bereavement, life-threatening illnesses (such as cancer), depression, anxiety, and fertility issues. I have particular interest in working with suicide survivors (individuals who have lost a loved one to suicide), families dealing with grief and loss, cancer patients, young adults dealing with illness, and couples dealing with fertility issues. Since much of my focus is grief and loss issues, I have the most experience with clients that are in great distress. I strive to concentrate on the present, focus on the future, and explore the past to understand current behaviors and coping. I create a safe place where clients can focus on their goals and acquire more coping tools to adjust to life changes.
