- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I normally don't quote pricing because every tax situation is different and I don't want to mis-quote anyone. Price will be reasonable with the amount of work completed. I can give a quote after I see all of the tax information that has to be filed, what needs to be done in order to save money on your taxes or help increase your refund. Will give quote before filing as well as offering solid advice to keep out of IRS radar and red flags!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have app you can download and submit your documents thru our secure server. Once submitted. All of your tax information and uploaded documents will be sent to my tax software. You will receive a call back either the same day or within 24hrs to go over everything.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
15yrs of tax training and knowledge. IRS Certified tax preparer listed on IRS website. Have ptin and IRS E-FIle # That authorizes me to e-file an unlimited amount of returns .
