- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I've always priced my work fairly, I may not be the cheapest out there but.. you get what you pay for. You should never cut corners when it comes to quality, especially for your home
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I find out exactly what their project consist of, then work with the customer on the best way to achieve it. from start to finish, then make sure they happy.. word of mouth goes a long way
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started as a helper over 30 years ago, luckily a had an excellent teacher. nothing beats hands on training
