- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing structure for our staging includes all furnishings and decor as well as moving fees. Every home is unique and pricing adjusts with the size of the rooms that need to be staged.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer we like to meet or speak on the phone to learn more about the customers staging needs. We then like to see the home that needs staging and then we provide the customer with a detailed proposal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied design at the University of Madison and received my bachelor in design from Columbia College Chicago. I have been in the real estate business for seven years and have been staging homes for six years.
