- What types of customers have you worked with?
I specialize in family and group vacations. I recently booked a Destination Wedding and Honeymoon group to St. Lucia. I have booked Disney World Resort stays with a multi-generational birthday celebration included, and am now working with a family group cruising to the Southern Caribbean for Spring Break 2016. Cancun and Riviera Maya are popular destinations for couples and families wanting to experience the all-inclusive vacation.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My job as your travel agent is to quickly do the research and save you time and money. Because of my relationships and training from top travel suppliers, I know exactly where to go to find the most updated prices, newest products and special promotions.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I wish that customers understood that travel agents are here to assist them with planning their trips and vacations and a large part of that is being an advocate for the traveler to ensure that their trips are a success. Not only are we trying to get them true value for their vacation, but we are also there for them before, during and after their vacation travels if or when the need arises.
