Stan's Handyman service is simply the best. I had a tricky, very heavy wood Murphy / Wall-bed with tons of parts / pistons / mechanisms that had to be fully taken apart to fit in a tiny freight elevator. (My stress level high as frame wasn't meant to be fully taken apart.) The bed then had to be installed on an older building plaster wall. Stan's work ethic is fantastic - so responsive - he worked non-stop, has a natural instinct and so wonderful to work with, I can't say enough of how thrilled I am that I had the good fortune to hire Stan for this and what surely will be many projects to come.

I received a quick reply from Stan after I asked Thumbtack to find me handymen that could help with replacing a water damaged portion of my ceiling. After receiving a half dozen quotes I found Stan's prices the most reason. He even came out for a quick estimate just to be precise. I was so happy with his work on my ceiling that I had him install an extra electrical outlet in a bathroom and install an over-the-range microwave. He worked by the hour and did these side jobs while the separate coats of drywall mud were drying to save time and money. Its a huge relief to find honest and competent professionals out there. I will definitely call Stan again and I've already recommended him to my neighbors and friends. -Anthony

All good, but the pro was not able to figure out the lock installation for the storm door when installed in the left swing-out position. I looked at the directions myself and was able to fix it in a couple minutes. The technician otherwise was very good, punctual, professional and quick. I am surprised that he was not able to figure the lock out. Rest all was great and genuinely pricing.
