I had 2 requests. One was a fairly simple task to connect a new monitor to a work laptop. The second request was a little more complicated requiring trouble shooting problems with an old computer. Jerry came out promptly and quickly replaced my monitor and next moved to assessing my desktop, including taking out the panel and determining the need for a video card. Still need to complete the second task once I get the card but feeling back in business and happy to know next steps.

He was able to salvage all the information off my old computer after a lightning strike and set up my new computer with all my information and favorite bookmarks. Jerry was so good at helping me. My computer was a lot worse than he initially thought it was. After two hours of trying to repair it with no luck, he had to take it with him for the weekend. He brought it back to me on Monday and the computer works like it's brand new. He was very patient with someone like me who is computer illiterate. Would definitely recommend!
